Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change! If you need to cancel your singing telegram, we’re happy to offer a full refund if you provide at least 24 hours’ notice. For cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, we will provide a 50% refund, as it’s unlikely we’ll be able to fill your reserved time slot on short notice. Thank you for your understanding! 🎶
